Comiccon Stuttgart Germany 2025
After over a week after the November 2025 biggest Comiccon in Germany I put some things together. My neurodivergent brain would have taken 2 more months otherwise!😄 Please get in touch with me if you want additional pictures or want me to link to your Instagram or other pages. There were simply hundreds of people visiting us at our REBEL STORM BOOTH, and I need your help! 55.000 visitors came to the Comiccon, I alone signed and gave over 150 postcards away. Amazing!
Version of December 8th 2025 - I will update/add other images infrequently. Final edits will happen over the next weeks. Check the uncredited image galleries at the end if you find yourself. :-)

German Film Premiere of "Rebel Storm" - THE HIGHLIGHT
The central most exciting thing was of course our German film premiere of our multiple-award winning Starwars based fanfilm "Rebel Storm" that took place on Sunday November 30th at 15:30... - and the encounter of Alistair Petrie, of course. There is actually an additional page about what our film "Rebel Storm" has in common with Alistair Petrie at this blog post.

Part 1 of our Trilogy is "Last Trial" - that is what happens before "Rebel Storm"...
Our Youtube Release Date for "Rebel Storm" is October 2026, before that we invite you to visit us on Conventions and Shortfilm Festivals. All our updated information is at https://thaneholgar.com

This was the first Comiccon ever for me (we won an award at the Los Angeles Comiccon October 2025 where mastermind and creator Marino Darés was present!)
What is the difference of between a cos player and an actor?

There were so many encounters and I will post the images of what I was able to connect and remember. There are a few unclassified pictures below this page. If you are in one of those images, please contact me, so we can properly label you, ok!
Email me at semmy@semmy.com please.

Friday November 28th 2025 - Setting up the booth

Thanks so much to Christoph who helped me greatly in setting up everything along with the amazing support team from Comiccon Stuttgart themselves. All were really very friendly and helpful during all those days!
You can meet Christoph at the Stuttgart Impro Theatre group at https://www.kaba-reh.de/theaterwerkstatt--theater-impro-spiele.php

Saturday November 29th - Convention Day 1
The first day of the Comiccon Stuttgart convention was full of surprises and fun encounters alike. I was not able to leave our hall and booth as it was just too damn interesting and did not want to be missed myself as rebel pilot Thane Holgar either!
Other Rebel-Pilots
Wotankv7 posing in front of @cellus_silberlunge mit DROID (more droid love coming up below)...

The Best Looking Rebel Pilot?
This one was daric_larone the best-looking rebel pilot for sure!

Daric´s cool Video Reel about the Comiccon
And some female Rebel Pilot power... :-)

Elf-Break
The Comiccon was very christmas like - we were asked to dress up in holiday spirit. So this elf was allowed in front of the YT 2400 to celebrate the season:

Glitter, Glitter - the famous Glitzertrooper and Glitzerdroid (and of course the infamous imperial officer!)

AugsburgVader & sexy Iphetsaquae
Some people do not need to be introduced, they just enter the room and demand immediately attention and admiration...

Sascha Losse alias cosplay_wolf_79183
It's incredible, I'm still fascinated by those unreal eyes and how you can see through them, Steppenwolf (DC Universe/Justice League)!
Sascha wears very detailed full-body armor that mimics the character's metallic skin and protective suit. In his hand, he holds the Electro-Axe, Steppenwolf's signature weapon, which glows and releases energy in the film. The helmet with its distinctive inward-curving horns and the gray makeup or mask complete the look of the alien warlord. Sascha later explained to me that it takes his brain about an hour to adjust because he can only see through a black metal grid around the glass eyes to achieve this effect. What dedication!

janniklaswegrzynowski as enthuasistic Jedi Meister self-developed adapted character inspired from jedi master Sol from Star Wars The Akolyt.

Droids Galore
There were so many talented Droidbuilders around. I could have spoken and played with all of them, but you know, so many droids, so little time...
This one was the glorious Cellus Marcel Silberlunge
And of course the rebel pilot Wotankv7

I could have spent all day long with the Droid Experts for sure!

Sunday November 30th - Convention Day 2
My most emotional encounter: Elias and his Starwars Family
I was looking very forward to meet captaineliasrex with his dad Imi commanderimrewolffe and his mum Jenifer. They were the first that saw my german-captioned version of "Rebel Storm"

Rheinhessen_Trooper - WOW!

Mandalorian J'ando Kaast

Jawa Alert
UTINNI! Thanks so much for the present from dz16403 - usually we are used that things go missing after they visit you. This time it was different, I got the cutest present that I will actually gift my director Marino Darés soon.
Plus I learned something important: Jawas wear coarse, hand-woven brown robes to protect themselves from Tatooine’s twin suns. Their faces are hidden in deep hoods, revealing only glowing yellow eyes (which are actually gemstones embedded in their goggles to protect their eyes). WOW!

Here a picture with another Jawa from Convention Day 1 - I am lost who you were, no contact details (always the same with those

Andorian Stephan as wearing a Narkina 5 Prisoner uniform from the Andor series. The costume captures the deliberately sterile and oppressive "sanitary" aesthetic of the Imperial prison complex, featuring the signature white tunic with the orange sleeve paneling. From Season 1 of Andor.

Braehlerhorst as Garazeb "Zeb" Orrelios

Skulduggery Pleasent also by mepiaro
Tricky, some people came back with another character on day 2, it was fun how they confused me me not recognizing them!

Highlight: Dr. Who Fans With Real Working Dalek
This one blew my mind. With a real working Dalek, damn HUNTER BLAKE with Claudi - was amazing to meet you guys.
Little did they know I was part of a Dr. Who episode shot in Tenerife in 2020:

It really said "exterminate" and "you are the Doctor!" and they made a Dr. Who Fan Film!
Other Fan Films I Discovered

Wow, such an amazing Fanfilm with intense customes and so many Starwars references and details it blows my still "virgin Starwars" mind. It was my pleasure to have met Sebastian and his team.

More Encounters
Ghostbuster Nils & Mandalorian cos player

Funzkopf - wow super amazing encounter
The Grievous consists of over 90% 3D printing. A total of 1300 hours of 3D printing work. Weighs 20 kg. Sixteen ball bearings were installed for the joints. A camera was installed and connected to a cell phone so that the cosplayer can also see what is going on—and the claws are attached to ski boots.
The whole thing is a kind of exoskeleton, and the cosplayer was hidden in the cape.

Orti2706 - Christoph Red Guardian

Other Strange Encounters
It was amazing to see so many cos players dedicated to the most extreme or strange worlds out there - but then me, Semmy de Nada, "not normal" has no meter of what is "strange" or not. It was all super amazing.
Xenomorph
Fabian as dedicated Xenomorph from Alien - I have to admit this was the most weird bizarre and out-of-world experience. I still am in shock how frighting Alien still is and always will be.

Dracolorium - Swiss Dragon Ghosts

The dragon ghosts were on the loose...

She worked on this 3d-Printed Artefact over 600 hours and I am still amazed and still not sure, what is resembled.

Bunny Asylum Tatoo Artists & Nuclear Bastards on the run

Good-Bye Picture
Last image I did shoot after dismanteling the booth after an exciting Comiccon weekend - impressive cosplay with zantaryi.crea and of course Avatar-vibes from Caro_cosplayer at its' best!

Unidentified & Lost In Assignment

Special Mention: some people from my near-by home town Pforzheim did visit!

And even more encounters.. to be sorted and assigned on the next occasion...
